Andrea Feltrin is a filmmaker and comedian based on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh-ulh Temíx̱w (Squamish) and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples in Vancouver, BC. Having worked in the film industry for over a decade, she’s very tired and doesn’t have much to show for it. 

In 2014, she co-founded Eyecon Media, a video production company specializing in creative short-form content. She’s since done a handful of short films, micro docs, web series, comedy sketches and commercials - most recently serving as producer on the 2025 Crazy8s film THE REVEAL by Jackie Hoffart. She founded Birdsht Films in 2020 to further develop their slate of long-form film and TV projects focusing on comedic queer stories.

Andrea has also worked as a comedy writer, story editor, and producer on various TV projects that have never seen the light of day. Previously, she worked in development for Screen Siren Pictures and Black Moon Media, and served as the event manager for the Vancouver Short Film Festival.

After dabbling in improv in 2016, Andrea transitioned to stand up comedy and has stuck with that ever since. Despite her lack of overall success in both the film and comedy space, she delusionally carries on doing what she loves because she’s in too deep. Her comedic style is mostly self-deprecating, drawing from personal misfortunes and stupidity.
